<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or ]eases operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who fails to comply with the provisioae herein set 4orth, shall ba deemed guilty oY a misdemeanor
<br />against this set, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 oY this
<br />act, or to a fine of not ]see than twenty-five dollars (820.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), Yor
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oY the court.
