<br />Enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado. Approved April 10.1903. ~
<br />Bacrtox 20. That any owner, person or persons operating any memlBferone mine, mill or metallurgical -
<br />plant and employing two or more men shell report to the Bureau of Mlnes and atate when work is commenced
<br />end when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before November 1 of each year, together
<br />with the names oY the owners and managers or lessee in charge oP said work, together with the postoffice
<br />address; the name oP the claim or clalma to be operated; the n¢me of the county and mining district, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claesifled into miners, Stammers, tim-
<br />barmen, ore aseorters, millmen teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provleione of this section
<br />shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Tunes.
<br />6acrrox 20. Any owner, agent, manager or lessee, whether individual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />a metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical plant is this etste, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set
<br />Forth, or either or any thereof, shall be deem@d guilty of a misdemeanor, end when not otherwise provided, shall
<br />be liable to a floe of not lase than twenty-five dollare ($26.00) nor more than three hundred dollars (5300.00) for
<br />each provision not complied with, and each day after conviction of failure to comply with any provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a separate o8ense and punished accordingly.
