<br />Enacted by the General A+sembly of the State of Colorado. Approved April 10,1903.
<br />6ecrxox 20. That any owner, person or persona operating any metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical
<br />plant and employing two or more men shall report to the Bureau of Mines and elate when work ie commenced
<br />and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on oi• before November 1 of each year, together
<br />with the names oY the owaere and managers or lessee in charge oY said work, together with the postotffce
<br />addreee; the n¢me oY the claim or claims to be operated; the name of the county and mining district, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being Claseifled into miners, trammere, tim-
<br />bermen, ore aeaortere, millmen teametere, otc. The necessary blanks to carry out the prdvieioas of this section
<br />shall bo furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Miaee.
<br />fiecmrox 28. Any owneq agent, manager or lessee, whether Snd[vtdual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />a metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical plant in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions heroin set
<br />forth, or either or any thereof, shalt bedeemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and when not othernise provided, shall
<br />be liable to a line oY sot less than twenty-$ve dollars ($26.00) nor more than three hundred dollars (5800.OU) for
<br />each pprovieioa not complied with, and each day after conviction oY failure to comply with any provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a separato offense and punished accordingly.
