<br />8ecxrox20. That any owner, person or persona operating any metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical
<br />plant and employing two or more men shall report to the Bureau of Mines and state when work ie commenced
<br />end whe¢ stopped, and mines working continuously shall report ou or before November 1 of each year, together
<br />with the names of the owners and managers or leeaee in charge of said work, together with the postoSce
<br />address; the name of the claim or claims to be operated• the Game of the county and mining district, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claesifled into miners, trammere, tim-
<br />bermen, ore aesortera, millmen teamsters, etc. The neceaeary blanks to carry out the provisions of ~thie section
<br />shall be furnished upon application by thegCommissioner of Mines.

<br />forth, or either or any thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and when not otherwise provided, shall
<br />be liable to a fine of not lees than twenty-8ve dollars (x26.00) nor more than three hundred dollars (5300.00) for
<br />each proviaton not complied with, and each day after conviction of failure to comply with any provision hereof,
<br />shell be deemed n separate o8ense and punished accordingly.
