<br />8nerxox 20. That any owner, person or persons operating .any metalliferous mice, mill or metallurgical
<br />pleat and employing two or more men shall report to the Bureau of Mlnea and state when work ie commenced
<br />and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before November 1 of each year, together
<br />with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge oP said work, together with the postaffice
<br />address; the name of the claim or claims to be operated; Lhe name of the county and mining district, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claesifled into miners, trammere, tim-
<br />bermen, ore aesortere, millmen teamsters, etc, The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of this section
<br />shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />BECPION 28. Any owner, agent, manager or lessee, whether 1¢dividual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />forth, or either orlaay thereof, hall b deemed gu lty of at miedemoeantortand when not the wisesprovided, shall
<br />be liablo to a floe oP not less tha¢ twenty-flue dollars ($26.00) nor more than Lhree hundred dollars ($300.00) for
<br />each provision not complied with, and each day after eonvictlon oP failure to comply with any provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a eeparate offense end punished accordingly.
