<br />t3aomrox 20. That any owner, person or persona operating any metalBferone mine, mill or metallurgical
<br />plant and employing two or more men shall report to the Bureau of Mines and state when work ie commenced
<br />and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before November I of each year, together
<br />with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the postoflice
<br />address; the name of the claim or claims to be operated; the name of the county and mining district, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claesifled into mi¢ers, trammera, tim-
<br />bermen, ore aseorters, millmen teamsters, etc. Tlie necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of this section
<br />shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />6aCrroN 26. Any owner, agent, manager or lessee, whether individual, partnership or corporatio¢, operating
<br />a metalllferons mine, mill or metallurgical plant in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set
<br />forth, or either or any thereof, shell be deemed guilty of a misdemea¢or, and when sot otherwise provided, shall
<br />be liable to a 8ne of not less than twenty=flue dollars ($26.00) nor more thaw three hundred dollars (9300.00) for
<br />each provision not complied with, and each day after convictio¢ of failure to comply with a¢y provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a separate offe¢se a¢H punished accordingly.
