<br />Enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colondo, Approved April 10,1903.
<br />BaCmrox 20. That any owner, person or parsons operating any metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical
<br />plant and employing two or more men shall report to the Bureau of Mines and elate when work ie commenced
<br />and wheu stopped, and mines working continuously shall report oD or before November 1 of each year, together
<br />with the names of the owners and managere or lessee In charge of said work, together with the postoHice
<br />address; the name of the claim or claims to be operated; the name oP the county and mining district, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified Into miners, trammers, tim-
<br />bermeq ore seaortere, milLnen teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry o¢t the provisions of this section
<br />shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of a~iinea.
<br />BECTrON 28. Any owner, agent, manager or lessee, whether individual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />a metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical pleat in this elate, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set
<br />forth, or either or say thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a miademeanoq and when not otherwise provided, shall
<br />be liable to a Hne of not less than twenty-flue dollars ($26.00) nor more than three hundred dollars (5300.00) For
<br />each provision not complied with, and such day after conviction of fnllure to comply with any provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a separate offense and puuiahed accordingly.
