<br />Enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado, Approved April I0, I903.
<br />,SECEZON 20. That any owner, person or persona operating any metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical
<br />plant and employing two or more men shall report m the Bureau of Mines and state when work is commenced -
<br />and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before November 1 of each year, together
<br />with the names of the owners a¢d managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the postodrea
<br />address; the name of the claim or claims to be operated. the name of the county and mining district, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being clnaeified into miners, trammera, tim-
<br />bermea, ore assortere, millmen teamsters, etc. The aecesenry blanks m carry out the provisions of this section
<br />shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />SECrrox 28. Any owner, agent, mansger or lessee whether individual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />a metelliferoue mine, mill or metallurgical plat in this elate, who Faila to comply with the provisions herein set
<br />forth, or either or any thereof, shell be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and when not otherwise provided, shall
<br />be liable to a fine oP not IBae than twenty-flue dollars ($26.00) nor more than three hundred dollars (5,011.00) for
<br />each provision not complied with, and each day after, conviction of fnilure to comply with any provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a separate offense and punished acwrdingly.
