<br />Bacrrox 20. That any owner, person or persons operating any metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical
<br />plant and employing two or more men shall report m the Bureau of Mines and state when work is commenced
<br />and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report oa or before November 1 of ench ,year, together
<br />with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the postoffice
<br />address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated; the name of the county and mining district, together
<br />with the nnmber of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, trammers, tim-
<br />barmen, ore aesorters, millmea teamsters, etc. The neceesary blanks to carry out the provisions of this section
<br />shall be furnished upon application by the Comm[ssioner of Mines.
<br />gECTIOx 28. Any owner, agent, manager or leaeee,whether individual, partnership or corporation, dperating
<br />a metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical plant in this atste, who fails to ccmply with Lhe provisions herein set
<br />Forth, or either or any thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and when not otherwtse provided, shall
<br />be liable to a fine of not less than twenty-flue dollars (526.00) nor more than three hundred dollars (5300.00) far
<br />shat be deemed ateeparate ofeenee and pun shed ctcordruglytion of failure to comply with zny provision hereof,
