<br />Enacted by the General Auembly of ilia State of Colorado, Approved April 10,1903.
<br />9aox[on 20. That any owneq person or persons operating any metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical'
<br />plant and employing two or more men shall report to the Burson of Mines avd elate when work is commenced
<br />and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before November 1 of each year, together .
<br />with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the postaffice
<br />address; the name oY the claim or claims to be operated; Lhe name of the county avd mining district, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same beivg classified into mivers, trammers, tim-
<br />bermen, ore aeeortere, millmen teamsters, ate. The necessary blacks to carry out the provisions of this section
<br />shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />9acxrox 26. Any owaeq agent, manager or lessee,whether individual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />s metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical plant iv this state, who fails to comply with the provisioua herein set
<br />forth, or either or avy thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a miedemeavor, and when not otherwise provided, shall
<br />be liable to a floe of not lase than twenty-five dollars (826.00) nor more than three hundred dollars (3300.00) for
<br />each provision not complied with, and each day after conviction of failure to comply with any provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a separate offevse and punished accordingly.
