<br />Enazted by the General Auembly of the State of Colorado, Approved April 10,1903.
<br />SBCri°x 20. That any owner, person or persons operating any metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical
<br />plant and employing two or more men shall report m the Bureau oY Mines and state when work ie commenced
<br />and when stopped, and mines working wntinuouely shall report on or before November 1 of each year, together
<br />with the names of the owners and mansgere or lessee in charge of said work, together with the poetoffice
<br />address; the name of the claim or claims to be operated; the nnme of the county and mining district, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, Lhe same being classified into miners, trammers, tim-
<br />bermen, ore sesortere, millmen teamsters, etc. The necessary blacks to carry out the provisions of this section
<br />shall be Ftuniehed upon application by the Commieetoner of Mines.
<br />$ECTtax 28. Any owner, agent, mnnager or lesaee,whether individunl, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />a metalliferous miss, mill or metallurgical plant is this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set
<br />forth, or either or any thereof, ahnll be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and when not otherwise provided, shall
<br />be liable to a fine oY not less than twenty-five dollars (526.00) nor more Lhan three hundred dollars (5300.00) for
<br />each provision not complied with, and each day after conviction oY failure to comply with any provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a separate offense and punished accordingly.
