<br />8acxtox 20. That any owner, person or persons operating any metalliferous mine, m111 or metallurgical
<br />plant-and employing two or more men shall report tothe Bureau of Mines and state when work i9 commenced
<br />and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before November 1 of each year, Logetber
<br />with Lhe names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with Lhe posmgice
<br />~addrees; the name of the claim or claims to be operated; the name of the county and mining district, together
<br />with the number oY men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, trammers, tim-
<br />bermen, ore sesorters, millmen teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of this section
<br />shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of 'Mines,
<br />9acrrox 2g. Any owner, agent, manager or lessee, whether individual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />a metalliferous mine, m111 or metallurgical plant in this elate, who faiie to comply, with the provisions herein set
<br />forth, or either or any thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and wheu not otherwise provided, shall
<br />be liable to a fine of not' less than twenty-flue dollars (x26.00) nor more Lhan three hundred dollars (5300.00) for
<br />each provision not complied with, and each day after conviction of failure to comply with any Provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a separate offense and punished accordingly.
