<br />6noxroN 20. Twenty~eecoad.-Thatanyparson or persons operating any metalliferone mine-or mill and `~~ '-
<br />employing five or mare men, shell report tfia same to the Bureau of Mines and state whey worlF ie cotu,-
<br />manced and when stopped, and mines workingg continuovely shall report on or before December 1, of each year;
<br />Eogether with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />poetoffice addreae, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oP men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram- -
<br />mere, tmbermea, ore aeeortera, mill men,. teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions. of
<br />this section ehallbe furnished upoD-application by the Commissioner oP Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metallifexoue mine or mill in
<br />this state, who Pails to comply with the provisions herein-set forth; shall- be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor "
<br />against thin act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed. ideeetion 13 04 this
<br />act, or to a fine of not lees tban twenty-five dollars ($25.00); nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court. -
