<br />9soxrox 20.. Twenty-second.-That any person or persona operating any metalliferous mine or mill and
<br />employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau oP Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced amd when stopped, and minas working continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />together With the names of the owners and managers or lessee rn charge o4 said work, together with the
<br />postoffice address, the name oP the claim or claims to ba operated, the name o4 the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into minem, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, ore aesortere, mill men, teamsters, ate. Tha neceesacy blanks to carry out the provieiona of
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-9ny person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill is
<br />this state, who 3aila to comply with the pronetone herein set Porth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to s fine oP not less than twenty-five dollars (>9?a.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), fox
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oP the court.
