<br />-'----- employing 'five or more man, shall report the same to the Bureav of Mines and state when work is nom-'~-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously. shall report on ox before December 1, of astir year,
<br />together with 'the names pt the owners and managers or lessee in Charge of said Work, together with the
<br />--_---- postotBceaddteee. the same otthe claim or claims to be operated, the same of the toasty sad mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermea, ore aesortere, mill men, teamstexe, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />' -'-----' -this section shall be ftuniahed upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />- Twenty-seventh.-Any parson, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />_ this state, who fails to wmply with the provlsrone herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor ~ -
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed is section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine o4 notlese than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
