<br />- employing five or more man, shall report the same to the Bureau oY Mines and state when work ie com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, 04 each year,
<br />_ _ _ _ _ _ together with the names o4 the owners and managers or lessen in charge of said work, together with the
<br />poetotfice address. the name of the claim or claims to be oporated, the name of the county and mi¢ing district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, duectly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mers, timbermen, ore aseorters, mill mon, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliteroue mine or mill in

<br />against flue act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
