<br />'--$noxrox 20. Twenty-second.-That any parson or persons operating any meta11i4eroue mine or mill and °1-~-~-
<br />employing flvo ar more men, shell report the same to the $ureau of Miues and state when work is com-
<br />meoced and When stopped, and minesworlring continuously shall report on oc ho4ore December 1, oY each year,
<br />together with. the names of the owners and managers or leases in charge of said work, together with the
<br />postot73ce'sddrees, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of man employetl, duectly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mers, timbermev, ore aeaortexa, mill men, ttiametare, etc. Tho necessary blanks to carry out the provisions o4
<br />this section shall ba furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twevty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill is
<br />this state, Who Sails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty oP a misdemeanor
<br />egainat this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall ba liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />net, or Eo a fine of not ]sea than twenty-flue dollars ($?a.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300,00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oY the court.
