<br />poetoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oY men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claesifled into minors, tram-

<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />-- this state, who Pails to comply with the provisions herein set 4orth, shall ba deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />,~ against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall ba liable to the penalty prescribed is section 13 04 this
<br />act, or. to a fine of not lees than twenty-five dollars (325.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (^03(10.00), for
<br />--- each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
