<br />_ - --- employing fivo or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Miaee and state when work ie com- -
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, oY each ye¢r,
<br />together With the names oP the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />--- - -- postof6ee address, the name oY the claim or claims to be oporated. the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oP men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram• .

<br />- this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oP Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />. this stato, who Esils to comply with the provialone herein cot forth, shall ba deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when sot otherwise providod, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine oY not lees than twenty-five dollars (525.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (1300.00), for
<br />-.----- each and every provieioa not complied with, or both, at the discretion oP the court.
