<br />employing flue or mote men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work ie com- - ~ '
<br />menced and when stopped, and minas working continuously shall report on or bstoxe Decembor 1, 04 each year,
<br />----- together With the names of the owners and managers or lessen in charge of said work, together with the
<br />postotHce address, the namo of rho claim or claims to be operated, the namo of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />- - - -- mere, timbermen, ore sesortere, mill man, teamsters, etc. Tho necessary blanks to carry out rho provisions of
<br />this section shall be Eurniehed upon application by the Commissioner oP Mines.

<br />this state, who fails to comply with the provrsions herein eetPorth, shall be deemed guilty o4 a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the ponalty prescribed in section 13 04 this
<br />act, or to a fine oY not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied With, or both, at the discretion oP the court.
