<br />$sorros 20. Twenty-sonond.-That any person or poreone operating any metalliferous mine or mill and r
<br />employing Sve of more men, shall report the same to the Bureau a4 Mines and state when work is cow- ,
<br />mooned and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or betore December 1, of each year,
<br />together with the names of the owoere and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />poatoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name o4 the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, diroctly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />merg, timbermen, ore aeeortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of .
<br />this section shell be 4urniehed upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, managef~or lessee operating a metallifemue mina ox mill in
<br />this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein sot 26rth, shall be deemed guilty oP a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty preecnbed rn section 13 oP this
<br />act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars (S?a•00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
