<br />---- employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau oP Minea and state when work ie com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continveuely shall report on or beYoxa December 1, of cacti year,..
<br />together with the names oP the uwnera and managers or lessee in chargo oY said work, together with the
<br />- - -- poetoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district;
<br />together with the number oY men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />pr mere, timbermen, ore aeeortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />-' -' '. ~ this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oP Mines. -
<br />% Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in

<br />against this act, and, wheD not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prsecribed in section 13 of this
