<br />=ti. $EOxroa 20. Twentyeecond.-That any person or persona operating any metalliferous mine or mill and
<br />----' employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau oP Mines and state when work is com-
<br />U'V menced and when stopped, and mines working continuouely shall report on or before December 1, oP each year,
<br />~~ `_ together with the names o4 the owners and managers or lessee in charge at said work, together with the
<br />~ poetoffice address, the name oP the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oY men employed, directly of indirectly, the same being classified i¢to miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, ore aseorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provieiona o4
<br />-.---- this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commiseio¢er oY Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or leases operating a matalliteroue mine or mill i¢
<br />- -- - - this state, who Pails to comply with the provretona herein set Perth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 oP this
<br />act, or to a fine of not lees than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />- - - - - each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
