<br />employing fivo or more men, shall report the same to the Buteav of Mmes and state when work ie com-
<br />meoced and when stopped, and minoe working continuously shall roport on or before December 1, oY each year,
<br />together with the names oP the owners and managers or lessee is charge o4 said work, together with the.
<br />- -' postoffice address, the namo oP tho claim or claims to be operated, the name o[ the county and miaiog district,
<br />together with the number ofinen omployed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mars, timbermen, ore aseorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. Tha necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of

<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in

<br />against this set, and, when not otherwise providod, shall be liable to the penalty pxeecrrbed ra section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine aP not lees than .twenty-five dollars (525.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), Por
