Enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado, Approved April 10, 1899.
<br />,x1ROTiON 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating soy metalliferous mine or mill and
<br />employing 8veor more men, shall report the same to the Bureau oY Mines and state when work ie com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on of beforeDecember 1, of each year,
<br />together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be oRerated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or Indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, ore aeeortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the pxovieiens at
<br />this section shall be Yurnished upon application by the Commiaeioner o4 Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or losses operating a metalliferous mine or mill iu
<br />this state, who fails to comply with the provimone herein-set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this set, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed In section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine oY not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oP the court.
