<br />together With the names of the ownersan managers or. lessee in charge oY said work, together with the
<br />postoffice address, the name oE3he claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining dietxict,
<br />together with the number of men employed,.directly or iadirectly,.the samebeing classified into miners, tram-
<br />4 mars, timbermen, ore aeaortexe,~mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be Euraiehed upon application by the Commissioner of Miaee.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />_ this state, who fails to comply with the provimone herein set Eorth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />~' act, or to a flee of not less than twenty-five dollars ($26.00), sox more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), Por
<br />- _ each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion o4 the court.
