<br />SS.OTIOlY 2D. Twenty-second:-That any person or persons pparatiag any metalli4eroue mine or mill and
<br />- employing five or more men, shallreport the same tD the Bureau of Mines and state when work ie cam-
<br />. menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge oY said .work, together with the
<br />- postoffice address, the name oY the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mexe, tambermen, oro aseortere, mill men, teameter& etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />- this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any peraoa, owner, agent, mauagex or lessee oparatiag a metalliYeroue mine ox mill in
<br />this state, who Yails to comply with the pmvietone herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty oY a misdemeanor
<br />against this net, and, when not otherwise providod, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in sectiou 13 of this
<br />set, or to a fine of not lees than twenty-five dollars (S2o.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />vC~e-e each and every provision not complied with; or both, at rho discretion oP the court.
