<br />menced and when stopped, and mines woxkiog coutinuoualy shall report on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />together with the aamee of the owners and mauagere or leeseo in charge oP said work, together with; the
<br />postoSrca address, the name oY the claim ar claims to be operated. the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men,employed, directly or indirectly, the name being classified into miners, tram- -
<br />mere, timbermen, ore sseorters, mill men, teamsters, eta Tke necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />- this section shall ba Yurniahed upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, ownor, agent, manager or leeeee operating a metalliYetoue mine or mill is
<br />this state, who Pails to comply with the provisrone herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />- against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty preecnbed vn section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine oT not less than twenty-five dollars{$2i 00) nor more than three hundred dollars (3300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with,or both; at the discretion oY the court.
