<br />Secxtox '~. Twenty-second.-That.any person or persons operating any metalliforous micro or ill
<br />and employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of lIines and state when work is co
<br />meneed and when stopped, and miaesworkiag continuously shall report oa or before December 1, of ench
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee to charge of said work, together with
<br />the postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distrlet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same beingg classified into
<br />miners, trnmmers, timbermen, ore assorters. mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary binaks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be famished upon application by the Commissioner oP Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, maangeror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed gnilEy of a misde-
<br />meanor against this net, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 33 of this act, or to a fine oP not less than twenty-five dollars ($'x.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for ench and ecery provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
