<br />SECTION ?A. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating nay metalliferous mine or ill
<br />sad employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is co
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessen In charge of said work, together with

<br />miners, trammers, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating n metallifemns mine or mill
<br />in this state, who Fniis to comp]y with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shnLl be liable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($'x.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
