<br />S&CTIOx ?A. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mina or ill
<br />and employing five or more men, shall rAport the same to the Bureau of ESiaes and state when work is co
<br />meaced and when stopped, and mines worlciag continnonsly shall.re7?ort oa ol;.before Decomber 1, of each
<br />year, together with the na~cs of the owriera and managers ordessee rn charge-oP-said work, together with
<br />the pogtoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to ba operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distract, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being clnssifled into
<br />miners, trammors, timbermen ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Dfines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessen operaticg a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein seE forth shall be deemed guilty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, cad, when not otherwise provided; shall be finble to the penalty prescribed is
<br />section 13 of this net, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($`x.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($3110.OD), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oP the court.
