<br />the ~ostoffice address, tha name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distnct, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry oat
<br />the provisions oY this section shall be faraished upon application by the Commissioner of bIines.
<br />Twenty-secenth.-Any person, owner, agent, maaageror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />is this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall bo deemed gmlty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this set, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this net, or to a fine of not less than twenty-fice dollars (~~.00), nor more than three hundred ~ '~
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oP the court.
