<br />meaced.and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report oa or before December 1, o[ each year,
<br />togetherwiththe names of the .owners end managers or9eseee in sharps of said work, together with the
<br />- postoffine address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name o{ the county and mining district, ~ ~-~1
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mer& timbermea, ore aeeortere, mill men, teamsters; etc. The necessary blanks to carry nut the provisions of ~ ;~
<br />- this section shall be famished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines. -
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metallferous mine or mill in
<br />- - this state, who fails to comply with tha provisions- herein~eet Eorth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor ~};9
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this `.,j::,;
