<br />9naazon 20. Twentyeecovd.-That any pereon or persona operating any metalliferous mineor mill and
<br />- - -employtngfive or moee men, shall sport the same~to the Bureav o£ Minesavd state when work ie'com-
<br />meaeed and when stopped, and mines worltivg continuously shall report ov or before December 1. of each year,
<br />together with the names of the owners and mavagere or loesoe in charge o2 said work, together with the
<br />postoffice address, tfis name of the olaim or claims to a oyeratad, the name of the count,v and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claeelfled into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbarmea, ore aeeorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blavke to carry out the provisions of
<br />- this section shall be Suraiehed upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, mavagec or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />- this state, who failsto wmplywith the provislone heteiv-eat forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against thin act, and, when not otherwiee provided, shall be ]iabla to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />set, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00). nor moee than three hundred dollars (iS300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of 4he court.
