<br />-Saoxrox '20. '!.'wenty-second.-That any person or persona operating any metalfifero¢e mine or mill and
<br />employing five or more men, shaD report the same to t a Bureau of Mines and state when work ie com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mince workiogcontinuouely ehall_report on or before December 1, 01 each year,
<br />together with the' names of the owners an managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />postofi[oe address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county sod mining district,.
<br />together with the nnmbaz of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into minere, tram-
<br />mere; timbermen. ore seeorters, miB men, teamsters, etc. Tha. necessary blaaka. to carry out the provimons of .
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the t'ommiesioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who tails to comply mth the provimone herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor ~ .
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall ba liable to the penalty preseribetl m eectron 13 01 this
<br />act, or to a fine of not lees than twenty-five dollars (S25.OO), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), fer
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
