<br />together with the names of the owners and mavagere or leeaeo in charge of said work, togethor with tho
<br />poetofl3co address, the name o[ the claim or claims to be operated, the name aC the couvty and mining district,
<br />together with the numbor of men employed, duectly or indirectly, the same being classified ivto miners, tram-
<br />mer& timbermen, ore seeorter& mill men, teamstere,.ete. The necessary blanks to carry out the provieiova of
<br />thiesection shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oY Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operatiog a metalliteroue mine or mill is
<br />this state; who ffiile to comply with the provisions herein set Yorth, shall ba deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise pronded, shall be liable to the penalty preecdbed is section 13 of this
