<br />f3aCmsox 20. That any owneq person or persona operating any metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical ` ' '
<br />plant and employing two or more men shall report to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is commenced
<br />and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before November 1 pf each year, together
<br />with the ¢amee of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of Bald work, together with the postoffice
<br />address; the name of the claim or claims Lo be operated; the name of the county and mining district, together
<br />with the number of me¢ employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claeeifled into miners, trammers, tim-
<br />bermen, ore assortere, millmen teamsters, etc. The necesaary blanks to carry out the provisions of this sectioli
<br />shall be fur¢iahed upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />9nersox 28. Any owneq age¢t, manager or lessee, whether individual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />a metalliferous mice, mill or metallurgical plant in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set
<br />forth, or either or any thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and when not otherwise provided, shall
<br />be liable to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars (326.00) nor morn than three hundred dollars (."-,900.00) for
<br />each provision not complied with, and each day after conviction of failure to comply with any provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a separate offense a¢d punished accordingly. -
