<br />BECTtON 20. That any owner, person or persons operating any metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical ~
<br />plant and employing two or more men shell report to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is commenced _
<br />and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before November 1 of each year, together < -
<br />with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, togetber with Lhe postoHice ~ 1
<br />- - address; the name of the claim or claims to be operated; the name of the county and mining district, together I ~~
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the sums being clnesifled into miners, trammers, tim- I ~,
<br />barmen, ore aseortere, millmen teamsters, etc. The aecess¢ry blanks to carry out the provleione of this section.

<br />BECmxom 28. Any owner, agent, manager or lessee, whether individual, partnership or corporation, operating I ~~'I

<br />forth, or either or any thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and whe¢ not otherwise prorided, shall ~~~
<br />be liable to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars (526.00) nor morn than three hundred dollars (5300.00) for '~~;~
<br />-. _ _ _ each provision not complied with, and each day after conviction of failure to comply with any provis[on hereof, t _~;
<br />shall be deemed a separate offense and punished accordingly. ~,,;,
