<br />Enacted by fhe General Auembly of the State of Colorado, Approved Aprll 10, 1903.
<br />6acTrox 20. That any owner, person or persons operating any metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical
<br />plant and employing two or more men shall report to the Bureau of Mines and elate when work ie commenced
<br />and whe¢ stopped, and mince working continuously shall report on or before November 1 of each year, together
<br />with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the poetoffice
<br />eddrese; the name of the claim or claims to be operated; the name of the county and mining district, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the acme being classified into miners, trammere, tim-
<br />_ _ _ barmen, ore aseorters, millmen teamsters, etc. Tho necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of this section
<br />shall be fur¢ished upo¢ application by the Commissioner of Mince.
<br />BECxrox 20. Any owner, agent, manager or lessee, whether individual, partnership or ccrporation, operating
<br />- - _ _ a metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical plant in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein eel
<br />forth, or either or a¢y thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and when not otherwise provided, stall
<br />be liable to a fine of not lees than twenty-five dollars (326.00) ¢or more Lhan three hundred dollars ($$00,00) for
<br />- --- each provision not complied wiEb, and each day after conviction of failure to comply with any provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a separate offense and punished accordingly.
