<br />Sacrrox 20. That any owner, person or persons operating any metalliferous mine, mill ar metallurgical

<br />with the names of the owners and managers or ]eseee in charge of said work, together with the posmfdce

<br />with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classtfled into miners, trammers, tim-
<br />bermen, ore aseortera, lnillmen teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of this section
<br />- - - -- shall be furnished upon application by the Commieaioaer of Mines. '
<br />6acrrox 26. Any owner, agent, manager or lessee, whether individual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />a metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical plant in this state, who fails to comply with tho provisions herein eat
<br />- - forth, or either or suy thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a miedemeanoq and when not otherwise provided, ehalj
<br />be liable to a fine of not leas than twenty-five dollars (525.00) nor more Lhan three hundred dollars (5800.00) For
<br />each provision not complied with, and each day after conviction of failure to comply with any provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a eepazate offense and punished accordingly,
