<br />Enacted 6y the General Assembly of the State of Colorado, Approved April 10, 1903.
<br />BeCTroR 20. That any .owner, person or persons operating any metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical -
<br />plant and employing two or more men shall report to the Bureau of Mines and state when work ie commenced
<br />and when stopped, and mines working watiauously shall report on or before November 1 of each year, togetliea
<br />with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the posto~ce
<br />addrees; the name of the claim or claims to be operated; the name of the county and mining district, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claseifled into miners, trammere, tim-
<br />bermen, ore aseorters, millmen teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of this section
<br />shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Dfines.
<br />Becmrox 28. Any owner, agent, manager or lessee, whether individual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />a metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical plant in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein eet
<br />forth, or either or any thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and when not otherwise provided, shall
<br />be liable to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($26.00) nor more than three hundred dollars (S300.00) far
<br />each provision not complied with, and each day after convictio¢ of failure to comply with any provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a separate offense and punished accordingly.
