<br />'" $soxroti'20. Twenty-second.-That any person or pereone operating any metallifemus mine oc mill and
<br />employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, aad.minee working aontiavously shall coport ou or before December 1, of each year,
<br />togetherwith the. names o4 the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />poatoftice address. the name of theclaim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being clasei8ed into miners, tram.
<br />mere, timbermen, ore. seeortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The nocesaary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be Eurniehed upon application by the Commieeioner of Mince.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who tails to comply with the provisions herein set 4orth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against thie~act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed is section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five do]lars (325.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (5300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
