<br />employing five or more men, shall report the samo to the Bureau of Mines and state when work ie com-
<br />menced and-when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report oa or before Deoembar 1, of each year,
<br />together- with the names of the owvere and mauagere or leeesa in charge of said work, together with the
<br />poetoffica address, the name of the claim or claims to ba operated, the name of the county and mining district.
<br />together with thenumbar of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into minete, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, ore sesortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the •provisione of
<br />this section shall ba Lvrniehed upon application by the Commieaionar of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any parson, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who Yails to comply withthe provislone herein set forth,-shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shell be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a Sae of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), sox more than three hundred dollars 0300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or tioth, at the discretion of the court.
