<br />. 6aonox, ?A. Twenty.eewnd.-That any person orpereons operating any metalliferous mine or mill and
<br />employing 8va ~or moremea, shelfreport the same to the Bureau o4 ])tines and state when work ie com- .
<br />meoced and when stopped. and mines working continuously shall report on or before Deeemberl, of each year,
<br />together. with. the names of the owners aD managers ar lessee is charge of-said work, together with the
<br />poatofflce address, the name o4 the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />togother with the number oL men employed, duectly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mers, timbermen, ore aseortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in ,
<br />this state, who fails to comply with the provieloae harem set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine of not Jess than twenty-five dollars (825.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), Eor
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion o4 the court.
