<br />8sartoN 20. Twenty-second.-That any parson ar persons aparatiog.any metelliferone mine or mill and -
<br />-- employing five or mare men, shell report the same to the Buzeau of Mtnes and state when work is com•
<br />menoed and when stopped, and minas working continuously shall report on or before December 1, oY each year,
<br />together with the-names of the ownersan managers or lessee to charge ofeaid work, together with the
<br />-- postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together. with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same beieg eleeeified into miners, tram-
<br />mers, ftmbarmen, ore aaeottere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be tnrniehed upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous miss or mill in
<br />this state, who fails to comply with the provistone herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this net, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed to section 13 eY this
<br />act, or to a Sne of not lees than twenty-five dollars (59.5.00), nor more than threehuadred dollars ($300.00), Eor
<br />_ _ each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion o4 the court.
