<br />togethe; with the names ot. the owners sad managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />postoffice address. the same of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county'and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being elassifled into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen...ore aseortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be tarnished apon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliieroue mine oc mill in
<br />this state, who tails to comply with the provisions hereon set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine of not lees than twenty-five dollars (525.00), nor more than three hugdred dollaxe ($300.00), for
<br />- each andevery provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court. -
