<br />5ievnors ^.A.'. Twentyeecoad.-That asy person or persona operating any metalliferous mineor mill and
<br />employing fivoor more men, shall 'report the same to the Bureau of Mrnes and state when 'work ie com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working eontinuouely shall report on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />together with the names of the owaere and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />postoffica address; the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district.
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mer& timbermen, ore aasortare, mill men, teametem, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the proviaione of
<br />-this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mioe or mill in
<br />this state, who fails to comply with the provisrone herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty o[ a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty preecnbed rn section 13 of this
<br />act, w to a Sae of not lees than twenty-five dollars ($4.0.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), fox
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the diecretioa of the court.
