<br />employing five or more"men, shall report thesame to ttie Bareau of Minas and state when work is com- -
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />together with the names oP the owners and managers or~lesaee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />poetoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name oP the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, ore aeeortera, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />S this section shall be fssrnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliPeroue mine or mill io
<br />this state; who Pails to comply with the proviseooe herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this net, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be Liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 oP this
<br />act, or to a fine o4 not leas than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oY the court.
