<br />BsoTtox, 20. Twenty-sewed.-That any person or persona operating any metalliferous mine or milland
<br />employing five or~ more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work ie com• '.
<br />menced and whoa stopped, and mines worlung continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />together with :the names oP the owners wad managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />postoffice address, the name of the claim or elaima to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number o4 men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being cleaeifled into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermea, ore aseortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The .necessary blanks to carry out the proviaione of
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commieaioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliteroue mine or mill in
<br />thisetate, who fails to comply with the proviatone herein net Porth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />8gainat this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 oP this V -.
