<br />_ Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in ~'
<br />this state, who Yails toeomply with the provieione herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty presenbed rn section 13 of this 'q'

<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion ottbe court.
